Richard Lee Runnells

Richard Lee Runnells, 47, of Coatesville, passed away on Thursday morning, April 29, 2021 in his home at Heritage Lake.

Rich was born to Glen Runnells and Mary Jo Ann (Campbell) Hays in Danville on May 6, 1973.

He leaves behind his wife, Mary (Aynes) Runnells; daughters Jordyn Runnells of New Market and Mia Runnells of Coatesville; granddaughter Addison; brother Glen (Lisa) Runnells of Roachdale; nieces Nicole, Samantha and Cassie; nephews Josh and Alan; and lots of extended family and friends.

He was preceded by his parents and sister Glenda Jo Bundy.

Rich was an avid gun enthusiast and believed in the Constitution. He loved motorcycles and was a huge Notre Dame fan.

Rich was his girls' biggest sports fan and cheerleader and the best team “mom.” He loved to indulge his granddaughter Addie in painting his toe nails and doing his makeup.

Bousley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 3 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in the Coatesville Cemetery.
