Charlie Johnston Memorial Ride set for June 12
The seventh-annual Charlie Johnston Memorial Ride is set for Saturday, June 12 at the Fillmore Community Volunteer Fire Department, 12 Hendricks St., Fillmore.
A donation breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. with registration at 9 a.m. Kickstands will go up at 11 a.m.
The fee per bike is $25, which includes lunch.
A car show and a blood drive will also be held, including a raffle, door prizes and a silent auction.
The proceeds for this year’s event will go to the fire department.
The rain date has been set for Sunday, June 13.
The annual ride is made in memory of Charlie Johnston, a member of FVFD who was killed in a collision in 2013.
