Rader’s vehicle made impact with a 2016 Dodge Ram driven by Garcia Godofredo, 57, Indianapolis. The impact then pushed Godofredo’s truck into a 2010 Honda Insight driven by Abby Prather, 42, Lebanon.

Prather told Brown that Mazur stopped suddenly and she was able to get stopped, but was then rear-ended.

Rader, a passenger in his car and Godofredo all complained of neck pain and were transported from the scene by ambulance.

Prather complained of head, jaw and knee pain and was taken to the hospital by a family member.
