Jaike Patrick Matthews

Jaike Patrick Matthews, 25, Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021.

He was born Aug. 20, 1995 at Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle to Jason Siddons and Christina Matthews.

Jaike graduated from Northview High School in 2013. He graduated from Ball State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He was pursuing an MBA.

Professionally, Jaike began working for Total Quality Logistics (TQL) on May 22, 2017 as senior account executive and sales team leader.

Jaike was an avid runner and received many competition medals. He cherished spending time with his loving fiancé, family and friends. He loved traveling and had a trip to Rome planned for later this year. He enjoyed gaming and eating delicious foods. He liked to be in a constant state of progression. He set high goals for himself and worked diligently to achieve them.

Jaike is survived by his loving mother, Christina Matthews; his father, Jason Siddons and his wife, Liz “Mops”; his fiancé, Alexis Anderson; his siblings: Megan Matthews, Caiden Matthews, Shianna Alexander, Ricky Atkinson, Shannon Alexander and Zachary Carter; his beloved cats; and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his sister, ShyAnn Atkinson.

Jaike’s family will receive friends Tuesday, July 27 from 1-4 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 E. Hanna Ave., Indianapolis.

Jaike’s family will receive friends Friday, July 30 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 E. Hanna Ave., Indianapolis. A memorial service will follow at 1:p.m. at the funeral home.
