Bainbridge first responders to host community safety event Saturday

The Bainbridge Police Department and Bainbridge Volunteer Fire Department will host a community safety day on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 5-11 p.m. at the Bainbridge Community Building.

Putnam County EMS and StatFlight plan to be on hand for the event, and there will also be an inflatable screen for kids to watch a movie after sunset.

Pulled pork and hamburgers will be served for a free-will donation.
