Madison VFD to host Aug. 14 cornhole tournament

The Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department will hold a cornhole tournament fundraiser Saturday, Aug. 14 at the Goat Barn on the Putnam County Fairgrounds.

The double-elimination tournament will begin at 11 a.m. In-person registration will be available from 9-10:30 a.m.

Entry fee is $40 per team. Players must be at least 18 years of age.

A pulled pork sandwich dinner will be available from Hogg Wild Barbecue for $5. Moore’s Bar will have a beer and wine garden for those 21 and over.
