Ivy Tech Greencastle welcomes students to fall semester

Ivy Tech Community College in Greencastle welcomed students to the fall semester on Wednesday, Aug. 18.

The 2021 cohort of students accepted into the Associate Accelerated Program (ASAP) program also began classes. This unique program allows students to earn an associate degree in 11 months. ASAP graduates can transfer to a four-year college to earn their bachelor’s degree. Students must apply and be accepted into this rigorous program.

The 2021 ASAP students are Joshua Allen, Abigail Andrews, Alexandra Angermeir, Kiera Brock, Sydney Cash, Lyllah Chandler, Hannah Clark, Haylee Greene, Zion Harris, Madison McGuinness and Bailey Sanders.

Ivy Tech Greencastle offers programs in business administration, general studies, human services, liberal srts, LPN to ASN transition and supply chain management. Students can also earn the Indiana College Core and transfer to any Indiana public four-year college with sophomore status.

Ivy Tech Greencastle will start the second eight-week term on Oct. 20, and registration is open. Anyone interested in getting started at Ivy Tech may contact the Greencastle campus at ivytech.edu/greencastle, 653-7410 or visit campus at 915 S. Zinc Mill Rd, Greencastle.
