Truax - 50th Anniversary

Ed and Patti Truax celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 11, 2021.

They met their freshman year in high school and graduated from Cloverdale in 1969. They were married in 1971 by the late Rev. Arthur Bowser at New Providence Baptist Church.

They have two children (twins), Brandi Marshall and Brandon Truax. They also have two grandchildren (twins), Sophia and Noah Marshall.

Ed retired from First National Bank in Cloverdale in April 2016 after 43 years of service, and Patti was clerk-treasurer for the Town of Cloverdale for 16 years.

Ed is an avid golfer and can be seen most any time at Clover Meadows wearing one of his IU T-shirts.
