Tiger women runner-up, men sixth at North Coast Athletic Conference Golf Championships

MANSFIELD, OH — DePauw shot a 1,057 (353-356-348) and finished second to Denison at the North Coast Athletic Conference Women’s Golf Championships at Westbrook C.C. The Big Red won with a 978 (318-325-335).

Paige Sanfelippo earned first team all-NCAC honors by finishing fifth with a 254 (88-83-83). Earning second team all-conference accolades were Ashley Long who finished in a tie for eighth with a 266 (88-92-86) and Sydney Weiner in 10th at 267 (87-89-91).

Lily Fuchs was all-NCAC honorable mention after tying for 11th with a 274 (92-94-88). Adrienne Pemberton rounded out the lineup tied for 17th with a 282 (90-92-100).

Sophia Alexander of Denison was the individual champion with a 238 (71-82-85).

DePauw shot a 962 (323-324-315) and finished sixth at the North Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Golf Championships at Westbrook C.C. Kenyon won win an 897, while Denison was second at 921.

Manolo Loring Campos paced the Tigers with a 236 (80-77-79) to finish in a tie for 16th, while Danny Paris tied for 18th with a 237 (79-79-79). Brooks Coats tied for 25th with a 243 (79-83-81) followed by Cooper Benedict in a tie for 28th at 246 (85-85-76) and Wyatt Harris in 36th at 258 (85-87-86).

Kenyon’s Nick Lust was the medalist with a 214 (75-64-75)
