Harold Michael ‘Mike’ Boesen

Harold Michael “Mike” Boesen, 79, Bradenton, Fla., went into God’s arms on Sept. 21, 2022.

He was born in Greencastle on Aug. 2, 1944.

He graduated from Greencastle High School in 1963, was Retired United States Air Force and U.S. P.O. He enjoyed biking, board games, reading and sports.

He was predeceased by his parents, Harold Hastings Boesen and Mary Jane Denney Boesen of Putnamville, and sister Vanessa Boesen Mudd.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Ann Boesen; children Michael Ray Boesen and Tina Raelyn Boesen Harrell (Brian K. Harrell); grandchildren Taylor Lyn Harrell and Rebecca Lynn Boesen; and many many nieces, nephews also great-nieces and great-nephews.

A funeral service for Harold Michael Boesen will be held Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 11 a.m. at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave. East, Ellenton, Fla. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 SR 72, Sarasota, Fla.
