At the Roachdale Rib and Blues Festival Saturday, Jennie DeVoe may be the headliner, but hers isn’t the only art on display, as the new mural (below) from Anna Kell and Jonathan Frey is formally unveiled on the side of Off the Rails event center, part of the Putnam County Mural Festival.
