Feeding our Neighbors

Having received overwhelming support in the first year of a new program, Banner Graphic marketing representative Montica Patterson (left) presents a $2,950 check to Erin Sprinkle of the annual Thanksgiving Outreach Meal prepared at Greencastle Christian Church with help from Gobin Church and Greencastle Presbyterian Church. Partners making the program possible included Bittles & Hurt/Hopkins-Rector, Buzzi Unicem, Dalco Overhead Doors, Deer Accounting, Don Julio, Moore’s Bar & Grill, Asbury Towers, Rose McDonald, First National Bank, Almost Home, Cloverdale Value Market, Cash Concrete, Ascena Retail Group, The Waters, Jimmy John’s, Kountry Healthcare, First Financial Bank, Greencastle Eagles, Baker Septic Services, State Farm Brad Tucker, Culligan Water, Farm Credit Services, Putnam County Health Department, Hendricks Regional Health, North Salem State Bank, Walmart Distribution, F.C. Tucker Advantage and DePauw Arts. Additionally, the boxes in which meals were delivered were decorated by art students from Greencastle High School, Greencastle Middle School, Tzouanakis Intermediate School, Deer Meadow Primary, Ridpath Primary and New Pathways Preschool.
