LETTER: Community shows up for Operation Christmas Child

To the Editor:

Operation Christmas Child 2022 has come to an end, but we wanted to take this time to thank our community for showing up in such a mighty way.

As a community we sent 1,450 shoeboxes packed full of love. New Life Baptist Church also served as a regional drop-off location this year, and on Wednesday, Nov. 23 we sent 9,114 shoeboxes from our region.

Thank you all so much for being a part of this ministry.
