Linda S. Hendrickson

Linda S. Hendrickson, age 74, of Indianapolis, was reunited with her husband on March 21, 2023.

She was born Oct. 23, 1948, to the late Edd and Mary K. (Martin) Spears.

Linda married Michael Hendrickson on Aug. 28, 1976, and he preceded her in death on March 12, 1998.

Linda worked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office from 1991 to 2004 and at Buellen and Caster for 20-plus years.

She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Jo Cannon of Indianapolis; sisters Mary L. Hoggatt, Donna Sheline and Peggy Loyd; grandsons Brandon L. Hinkle, Jesse M. Tesmer and Nathan D. Tesmer; and great-grandson Blaze M. Tesmer, due in July.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by brothers James R. Spears and William B. Spears and sister Brenda K. Sutton.

Funeral services for Linda will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday April 1 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time of 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
