Kenneth Virgil Zoll

Kenneth Virgil Zoll, 70, Greencastle, died Monday at his residence following a two year battle with cancer.

Born in Wells County, Indiana, he was the son of Virgil LaVern and Doris (Bowman) Zoll.

A graduate of Bluffton High School, Zoll lived most of his life in Wells County. He had been employed by the Indiana/Michigan Electric Co., the City of Bluffton and the Red Gold Canning Co. He was a long-time member of the Bluffton Free Street Fair Board and ran the Poultry Tent at the fair for many years. He was a member of the American Brown Leghorn Association. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge and attended the First United Methodist Church in Bluffton.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Lee (Hunt) Zoll, Greencastle; children Marshall K. Zoll, Greencastle, Mitchell K. Zoll, Yorktown, Michelle K. Harris, Bluffton, and Sherry Zoll, Bluffton; brothers Kim Zoll, Bluffton, and Tim Zoll, Decatur; sister Janet Thomas, Bluffton; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Zoll.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Thoma/Rich Hewitt and Chaney Funeral Home, Bluffton, with Pastor Cindy Osgood officiating,. Burial will be at Six Mile Cemetery, Bluffton.

Visitation is noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
