Deborah Sue (Foxx) Skene, 50, Columbus, Ind., died Tuesday.

Born in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Russell and Jean Foxx.

She was a senior litigation paralegal with Cummins Inc. and prior to that had worked as a paralegal for Eynon Law Group in Columbus, Tabor Law Firm in Indianapolis, Sharpnack, Bigley and David in Columbus, and Ice Miller Donadio and Ryan in Indianapolis. She had been a paralegal for more than 30 years, graduating from the University of Indianapolis with bachelor's and paralegal degrees. She attended First Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are her parents, Greencastle; two daughters, Sarah Kushman and husband Brian, Columbus, and Ashley Skene, Franklin; two brothers, Pat Foxx and wife Pam, Greencastle, and Gregg Foxx and wife Becky, Indianapolis; two sisters, Sandy Rissler and husband Mike, Greencastle, and Cindy Kittle, Edinburgh; companion Richard Eynon, Columbus; a grandson, and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service is set for 10 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Columbus.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Myers Reed Chapel, Columbus.
