Lucille Albin, 91, Greencastle, died Wednesday at Hickory Creek at Sunset, Greencastle.

Born in Putnam County, she was the daughter of Harold Glen and Elizabeth Edelina (Hurst) Clark.

She was a 1933 graduate of Fillmore High School and also graduated from the Indiana Central Business College, Indianapolis.

She was employed for several years as Putnam County Deputy Recorder and was also employed for eight years with Fidelity Abstracts in Greencastle before her retirement.

She was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Greencastle.

She was married to Clair T. Albin on April 6, 1935. He preceded her in death on April 9, 1980.

Survivors include two daughters, Marcia Kay Miller and husband Tom, Clinton Falls, and Janet Carol O'Hair and friend Jerry Young, Morton; son Donald Wallace Albin and wife Deb, Auburn, Ind.; sister Geraldine Runion and husband Lloyd, Terre Haute; three brothers, Charles Clark, Plainfield, Burl Wayne Clark, Greencastle, and Wendell Haines Clark and wife Vera Jean, Greencastle; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters Evaline Frank and Madge Smith; brothers Ivan Willis Clark and Eugene Clark; two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Pastor Alan Small officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
