Rande B. Holton, 50, Noblesville, died Sunday at his residence.

He was the son of Bud L. Horton and Bonita J. Williams.

A 1974 graduate of South Putnam High School, he had attended DePauw University and Indiana University. He was a systems manager at DePauw and then worked at EDS Electronics for 19 years as a computer software engineer.

Survivors include his father, Bud Holton and wife Audra, Greencastle; mother Bonita H. Holton, Greencastle; three brothers, Thomas A. Holton and wife Kathryn, Mike Carrico, and Pat Carrico and wife Deb, all of Greencastle; sister Sue Stewart and husband Ed, Williamsburg, Ky.; and dear friend Carol Richardson, Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorial visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Greencastle Christian Church on Primrose Lane.

Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, is handling arrangements.
