TERRE HAUTE -- The DePauw women's basketball team won its 12th straight game Saturday when it knocked out Rose-Hulman, 87-64.

The Tigers opened up the second half with a 24-4 run to coast to their third straight Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference victory making them 3-0 in the conference and 13-1 overall.

The Tigers led by as many as 18 points in the first half before Rose-Hulman closed the gap to 36-28 at the break. Rose-Hulman scored the first six points in the second half before DPU went on its run.

Five Tigers scored in double figures with Liz Bondi and Bridget Bailey leading the way 15 points each. Gretchen Haehl followed with 12 while Suzy Doughty added 11 and Lindsay Houin chipped in 10 points.

The Tigers are back in action on Friday when they host Centre at 6 p.m.
