Mary M. Gibson

Mary M. Gibson, 90, Rockville, died Saturday at Putnam County Hospital, Greencastle.

Born in Portland, Ind., she was the daughter of Samuel and Esther Harty Pauling.

She was an electronic welder for Western Electric for 22 years, retiring in 1973. She was the widow of Cleaith E. Gibson.

Survivors include a daughter, Charlene J. Vig, Coatesville; sister Martha A. Burke, Portland; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chandler-Hays Funeral Home, Greencastle. Entombment will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Valhalla Mausoleum in Bloomington.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
