Services for Dortha Gwinn, 46, Carbon, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lawson--Miller Chapel in Brazil with Pastor Tony Alstott officiating.

Burial will be Thursday at Summit Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and again from 7:30-11 a.m. Thursday.

Donations may be made to the family's trust at First Financial Bank.

Gwinn died Friday at Methodist Hospital of injuries sustained in a traffic accident on Interstate 70 in Putnam County.

Born in Hinton, W.Va., she was the daughter of Millard F. Gwinn and Lena H. (Okulovich) Collins.

She had worked for Lear Corp., Heartland Auto-motive and Wal-Mart Distribution in Greencastle for several years, provided full-time daycare in recent years, and drove a truck for Express One.

Surviving are her fiancé Ed Miller; daughters Amy Hardey and husband Chris, Brazil, and Nicky Adkins and fiancé Scott Murphy, Indianapolis; stepson Richard Miller, Brazil; stepdaughter Janeen Miller, Brazil; four brothers, Buck Gwinn and wife Sherry, and Sam Gwinn, both of Indianapolis, Steve Gwinn and Dell Gwinn, both of Brazil; two sisters, Sandy Eaglin and husband Harry, Reelsville, and Caroline Knauer and Larry Wright, Brazil; three grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Millard F. Gwinn Jr., and a grandson.

French Funeral Home, Brazil, is handling arrangements.
