Chad M. Combs

Chad M. Combs, 31, Cloverdale, died Monday at Putnam County Hospital.

Born in Kokomo, he was the son of Craig Combs and Suzanne "Suzy" (Gillum) Combs Minnick. He married Tisha (Asbury) Combs, and she survives.

He was a carpenter, AC and I with AC & I, Monrovia.

Additional survivors include children Tori Combs, Trey Atkins-Combs and Tate Combs, all of Cloverdale; a brother, Brian Combs and wife Tracy, Clermont; a step-brother, Michael Minnick, Spencer; his father Craig and wife Valerie, Fishers; a step-father, Greg Minnick, Spencer; and paternal grandparents Lyman and Harriet Combs, Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his mother on Dec. 17, 1998.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with burial to follow at Cloverdale Cemetery.

Visitation is noon to time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
