North wrestlers lose to Wildcats

CLINTON -- The North Putnam wrestling team competed with South Vermillion Wednesday night. The Cougars fell to the Wildcats 47-24.

Picking up wins for North Putnam was Tyler Ruble at 103, Alex Lance at 171, Jim Davis at 189, Josh Keyt at 215 and Jerry Cox at heavyweight.

The Cougars will next be competing at sectional at Greencastle High School. Start time has yet to be determined.
