Juanita M. Lively 81, Roachdale, died Thursday morning at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital.

Born at North Salem, she was the daughter of Landon and Ada Mae (Hopkins) Stewart.

She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church at North Salem, Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. and the Tuesday night Euchre Club at Roachdale.

She worked as a cook at the Roachdale Schools and also worked at the Telephone Office in Roachdale.

She married Lloyd M. Lively on July 17, 1946 at Greencastle. He preceded her in death on July 31, 1983.

Survivors include two daughters, Rita Spencer and James, Roachdale, Nancy Brennan, Harmony; a son Bill Lively and wife Sue, Avon; a brother, Jim Stewart and wife Louise, Crawfordsville; a sister, Rose Miller and husband Leroy, Roachdale; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren,

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, an infant son, brother Alan Stewart and sister Mary Riley.

Services will be at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Baptist Church near North Salem at with Dr. Richard Williams and Rev. Larry Stewart officiating.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale. Burial will be at Roachdale Cemetery.
