Kenneth William Shull

Kenneth William Shull, 69, Clayton, died Tuesday.

Born in Indianapolis, he was the son of Kenneth Allen and Mary Ellen (Long) Shull. He married Carol (Hale) Shull on Feb. 10, 1962, and she survives.

A graduate of Westfield High School, he earned a degree in aviation technology from Purdue University. He was a tool, die, and gauge maker for 43 years, having worked at Link Belt, General Motors and retired in 2000 from Rolls Royce.

He was a member of Stilesville Christian Church where he was a former elder and served on the board of trustees. He was also a member of Stilesville Masonic Lodge No. 1311 and the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Additional survivors include two daughters, Kim Vaughn, Fillmore, and Kathy Raplee and husband Jay, Clayton; four grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Weaver and Randolph Funeral Home, Clayton, with Rev. Jeff Seger officiating. Burial will follow at Clayton Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
