Martha Jane Leonard

Martha Jane Leonard, 89, Greencastle, died Tuesday at The Waters of Greencastle.

Born in Alexandria, Ind., she was the daughter of Waldo and Ethel (Merrick) Quick.

A Gosport High School graduate, she was a farm wife and mother. She formerly attended Amo Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Lloyd Leonard, Greencastle; daughters Joyce Young, Timberlake, N.C., and Janice Summerlot, Coatesville; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Stanley Leonard, two daughters Linda Foss and Jackie Leonard, three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at West and Parrish and Pedigo Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will follow at Hudson Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
