Sandy Kay (Riley) Cummings, 46, Fortville, former of Cloverdale, died Thursday at her residence.

Born in Dyersburg, Tenn., she was the daughter of James H. Riley and Dorothy (Snow) Riley Allee.

A 1979 graduate of Cloverdale High School, she was a lead shipping clerk at Pratt, Mt. Comfort, Ind.

Survivors include two daughters, Holly L. Cummings and fiancée Kevin Howard, Greencastle, and Nicole R. Cummings and fiancée Keith Thornburg, Cloverdale; parents, Frank and Dorothy Allee, Cloverdale; fiancée, Scott Thompson and his sons Josh and Jason Thompson, Fortville; six sisters, Cindy Cox and husband Jim, Greencastle, Beverly Finfrock and husband Charles, Frankfort, Penny Buis, Brazil, Lisa Rumley and husband John, Greencastle, Cheryl Phillips and husband Mike, Greencastle, and Frankie Croan, Greencastle.

She was preceded in death by her father, James H. Riley, grandparents Ward and Elizabeth Riley and Cletus H. and Gladys Snow and John and Sarah Allee.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Elder Jack Allee officiating. Burial will be at Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery, Greencastle.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
