Forrest Lester "Skip" Wildman, 81, Martinsville died Sunday April 6 at Community South Hospital, Indianapolis.

He was the son of Maurice R. Wildman and Madge B. (Smith) Wildman.

He was employed with the MSD of Martinsville from 1964-88, retiring as Assistant Superintendent. He served as Dean of boys and Assistant Principal for Martinsville High School. From 1952-64, he taught and coached basketball at Casey Senior and Junior High Schools in Casey, Ill. and served as principal at Casey High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Robert, James and Frank Wildman and three sisters Fern Johnson, Lou Addie Rowe and Ethel Arney.

Survivors include his wife Patricia L. (Burress) Wildman, three daughters, Theresa and husband Steve Cordes, Brownsburg, Cheryl and husband Galen Dale, Mahomet, Ill., Pam and husband Mark James, Indianapolis; two sons Mark and wife June Wildman, Cloverdale, and Drew and wife Denise Wildman, New Palestine; one brother Omer Wildman, Franklin.

A celebration of life service will be Wednesday, April 9 at 11 a.m. at Neal & Summers Mortuary.

Visitation is Tuesday, April 8 from 4-8 p.m. at Neal & Summers Mortuary and one hour prior to celebration of life service on Wednesday.

Entombment will follow in Nebo Memorial Park Mausoleum.
