Red Cross golf scramble May 2

The American Red Cross of Putnam County is hosting a golf scramble to raise money for Disaster Aid and Education here in Putnam County. The golf scramble will be held at Old Hickory Golf Course on Friday May 2, 2008.

Registration and lunch starts at 11:30 a.m., shotgun start at 1 p.m.

First place prize money will be $500, second place prize money will be $250 and third place prize money will be $100. Many door prizes donated by local businesses will also be given away.

Entry fee is $200 for a four-person team, which includes golf, cart and lunch. Anyone wishing to put a team into the scramble or sponsor a hole for $50 should contact Chasity Wood at 765-720-1093.
