Putnam County Jail

Darren Huff, 34, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 7:06 p.m. Friday for battery with bodily injury and invasion of privacy.

William Payne, 42, Cloverdale, was booked at 4:13 a.m. Saturday for operating while intoxicated, operating per se and public intoxication.

Casey Kelly, 19, Carmel, was booked at 7:05 a.m. Saturday for operating while intoxicated and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Ryan Brownlee, 19, Greenwood, was booked at 9:12 a.m. Saturday for operating while intoxicated and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Adrian Fisher, 19, Fillmore, was booked at 5:08 p.m. Saturday for public intoxication, possession of alcohol by a minor, operating while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a license or burden of proof.

Michael Fulk, 45, Seelyville, was booked at 5:47 p.m. Saturday for failure to appear.

Jacob Judd, 25, Danville, was booked at 1:05 a.m. Sunday for operating while intoxicated.

Carly Halon, 22, Greencastle, was booked at 3:10 a.m. Sunday for operating while intoxicated.

Daniel Bouchee, 20, Greencastle, was booked at 5:19 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol by a minor.

David Busenbark, 28, Fillmore, was booked at 2:59 p.m. Sunday for battery.

Kent Jackson, 33, Greencastle, was booked at 10:24 p.m. Sunday for battery.

Autumn Burger, 23, Coatesville, was booked at 9:17 a.m. Monday for probation violation.

Nina Mackey, 23, Greencastle, was booked at 12:04 p.m. Monday for violation of home detention.

Sheriff's Department

Donald Kelly, Carmel, was traveling south on U.S. 231 at 5:55 a.m. Feb. 28, when he failed to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to run off the roadway and hit a fence and fence post. Kelly reportedly smelled of alcohol and stated he probably should not be driving. Following a portable breath test, he was transported to Putnam County Jail. He was given a breath test at the jail and remanded into the sheriff's custody for operating while intoxicated, operating with BAC of .08 or more and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Kenny's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

Matthew Moore, Brazil, was traveling south on C.R. 525 W at 3:57 p.m. Feb. 28 when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled it. Steele's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.
