Spend spring break with the Parks and Recreation Department

Spring break is only a few weeks away. Anyone not heading to the sunny south may want to consider signing up for the Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department's spring break program for kids.

It will take place March 23 to 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the ballroom of DePauw University's Memorial Union Building. Pre-registration is required for the program. Participants need to bring a lunch each day.

Children will visit the Julian Science Center and Physics Lab, build roller coasters, work on lots of arts and crafts and explore the DePauw campus.
