Putnam County Jail

Nicolas Owens, 18, Bainbridge, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday for possessing alcohol as a minor, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

Ryan Romandine, 26, Greencastle, was booked at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday for failure to appear.

Terry Maynard, 19, Greencastle, was booked at 3:39 p.m. Thursday for probation violation.

Amber Steele, 20, Indianapolis, was booked at 7:16 p.m. Thursday for failure to appear.

Jeremy Hanley, 22, Coatesville, was booked at 4:25 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Ronald Dove, Roachdale, was traveling north on CR 100E at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday when he failed to stop at the intersection of CR 1000N. Dove's vehicle struck a westbound vehicle driven by Michele Barker of Roachdale. Kenny's Wrecker Service towed both vehicles from the scene. There was an estimated $10,001 to $25,000 in damages.

Jonathon Chadd, Greencastle, was traveling west on Airport Road at 8:55 p.m. Monday when a deer entered the roadway. Chadd was unable to avoid hitting the animal. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Shannon Brock, Greencastle, was traveling north on CR 600E at 10:51 p.m. Wednesday when she apparently fell asleep at the wheel. At the time of the accident, the vehicle was traveling toward a 90-degree turn in the road when it left the roadway. The vehicle then struck several trees before coming to rest 50 yards down a hill near a pond. Kenny's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.
