Another victim of recent break-ins

Wednesday, June 10, 2009

To the Editor:

My daughter was a victim of a car break-in (her car was locked)in the Edgelea Subdivision this week.

The I-Pod and connector you helped yourself to, you can keep. However, how low a person are you to take her clothes, eyeglasses and gum? She's a college student just trying to get through without a lot of debt, and she now must use her college savings to replace those clothes as it was most of the summer things she owns.

Apparently, your life must be so miserable that you feel important by committing such an act on innocent, hard-working people.

To my fellow neighbors of Edgelea subdivision, be alert -- your memories or personal belongings could be at risk.
