Richard E. Miller

Richard E. Miller, 75, of Cloverdale died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009.

He was born in Lena on Sept. 1, 1934, the son of W. Everett and Marjorie L. Craig Miller. He married B. Lorene Brock on Feb. 16, 1957, and she survives.

Mr. Miller retired from the Chrysler Foundry in 1996 after 23 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. He graduated from Amo High School.

In addition to his wife, survivors include his sons Ricky E. Miller and wife Jo of Reelsville and Paul Gregory Miller and wife Sandy of Clayton; daughter Barbara L. Anglin and husband Robert of Coatesville; grandchildren Levi and Amber Anglin, Abby and Tory Miller and Zack E. Miller; sister Marlene J. Wehrman and husband James of Roachdale; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers W.E. Miller Jr. in 1969 and Kenneth W. Miller in 2001 and a sister-in-law in 2001.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville. Burial will be in Coatesville Cemetery. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
