Phyllis Marie Kimmel Hendrickson

Phyllis Marie Kimmel Hendrickson, 71, Ladoga, died on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009 at 11:10 p.m. at Hendricks Regional Health.

She was born on Dec. 22, 1937 at Roachdale to James and Clellia M. Stewart Jones.

She graduated from Roachdale High School. She retired from General Motors Truck & Bus in Indianapolis. She attended the Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Kimmel of Lizton, John (Kathy) Kimmel of Ladoga; one daughter, Julie Kimmel of Ladoga; nine Grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five sisters, Edna (Walter) Barker, Ruth (Jack) Brown of Roachdale, Helen Jones of Coatesville, Pat Jones of Danville and Susie Inabnit of Danville.

Preceding her in death were one sister, Shirley Jones; and three brothers, Floyd, Bill, Bob Jones.

Graveside services will be held at New Maysville Cemetery at New Maysville on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Pastor Randy Glenn will officiate.
