Eugenia June Hayden

Eugenia June Hayden, 64, of Stilesville died on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009 at her home.

She was born in Stilesville on Feb. 21, 1945, the daughter of Elvin Eugene and Ruby Ramsey Scotten. She married Larry Hayden, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hayden was a homemaker, worked 15 years at the Mill Creek Inn and worked at Danville Regional Rehab Center for 4 1/2 years. She was a member of Stilesville Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Shawnda Rose Hayden Yeadon and Kristy Ann Clements; son Thomas Reed Kirkham; sister Maryjean Scotten Lindsey; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; stepmother Lois Scotten; and special companion John Gray.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville. Burial will follow at Stilesville Cemetery Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
