Putnam County Jail

Daniel Crowder, 29, Brazil, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 10:34 a.m. Thursday for petition to revoke probation.

Warren Davis, 41, Harmony, was booked at 5:49 p.m. Thursday for petition to revoke probation.

Nicole Frasco, 25, Jasonville, was booked at 6:03 p.m. Thursday for petition to revoke probation.

Joshua Spencer, 26, Avon, was booked at 5:11 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Carter Dickerson, 37, Indianapolis, was booked at 10:52 a.m. Friday for petition to revoke probation.

Norman Henry, 46, Bowling Green, was booked at 11:30 a.m. Friday for petition to revoke probation.

James Hord, 36, Spencer, was booked at 3:04 p.m. Friday for petition to revoke probation.

Jeremy Hubble-Wilkinson, 22, Westville Correctional Facility, was booked at 4:13 p.m. Friday for failure to appear.

Justin Sexton, 23, Terre Haute, was booked at 9:49 p.m. Friday for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Robert O'Neal, 49, Martinsville, was booked at 12:05 a.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Alexander Berlyn, 20, Greencastle, was booked at 1:16 a.m. Saturday for possessing alcohol as a minor and public intoxication.

Ronald Teague Jr., 47, Reelsville, was booked at 3:26 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Robert Holder, 32, Bainbridge, was booked at 4:28 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication, failure to stop after an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Charges and case dismissed — Andrew Hovhanessian, 19, Bloomington, was booked at 4:38 a.m. Sunday for possession of paraphernalia, marijuana and a controlled substance and alcohol as a minor and public intoxication.

Aaron Cohn, 19, Bloomington, was booked at 4:56 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Marcus Wagoner, 19, Fishers, was booked at 5:07 a.m. Sunday for possession of marijuana, a controlled substance, paraphernalia and alcohol as a minor and public intoxication.

Melissa Bennett, 31, Cloverdale, was booked at 10:03 p.m. Sunday for obtaining a legend drug by fraud, unlawful prescription order, identity deception and fraud.

Richard Rubble, 33, Laurel, was booked at 4:52 a.m. Monday for petition to revoke probation.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Michael Frazer of Danville was traveling north on CR 690W near Clinton Falls at 10 p.m. Friday when a deer entered the roadway. In an effort to avoid a collision, Frazer's vehicle struck an embankment, a cable box and a parked vehicle owned by Kathy Woods of Greencastle.

No injuries were reported. There was $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Carrie Bray of Crawfordsville was traveling west on US 36 near Bainbridge at 11 p.m. Wednesday when her vehicle struck a deer.

There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Anthony Spenn of Siloam, Ark., was traveling west on Interstate 70 at 1:54 a.m. Thursday when his vehicle struck a deer.

There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages. Steeles' Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene.

Norman Gregory of Cloverdale was traveling on US 231N at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when his vehicle struck a deer.

Greencastle Police Department

Thomas K. Workman, 30, Bainbridge, was stopped on Shadowlawn Ave. at 9:48 a.m. Nov. 4 and cited for driving a vehicle with a suspended license with priors.

Stephen Panagouleas, 36, Clinton, was stopped on South Jackson Street at 10:20 a.m. Nov. 4 and cited for speeding -- 54 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Andrew D. Johnston, 22, Amo, was stopped on Fillmore Road at 4:28 p.m. Nov. 4 and cited for operating a vehicle without auto insurance and false and fictitious registration.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 400 S. Illinois St. at 9:30 p.m. Thursday for a medical assist. They were back in service at 10:02 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 420 Anderson St. at 4:43 p.m. Friday for a fire alarm. They were back in service at 4:58 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Humbert Hall, 208 E. Olive St., at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, but were canceled before leaving the station. They were back in service at 2:24 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to CR 300W in Reeslville at 4:10 p.m. Saturday for mutual aid on a wild fire with the Reelsville Volunteer Fire Department. They were back in service at 5:50 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Humbert Hall, 208 E. Olive St., at 4:55 p.m. Saturday for a fire alarm due to a curling iron. They were back in service 5:07 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 110 W. Berry St. at 7:49 a.m. Sunday for a brush fire. They were back in service at 8:01 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 309 Medic Way at 9:25 a.m. Sunday for an alarm. They were back in service at 9:37 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 1555 S. Bloomington St. at 10:30 a.m. Sunday for a medical assist. They were back in service at 11:26 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to Humbert Hall, 208 E. Olive St., at 10:32 a.m. Sunday, but were disregarded en route. They were back in service at 10:35 a.m.
