John D. 'Jack' Costa

John D. "Jack" Costa, 93, Greencastle, died at 12:10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, 2010 at Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton.

He was born Oct. 21, 1916 in Clay County, the son of Joseph and Dominica Costs.

Survivors include one brother, Dom Costa; one sister, Mary Polifroni; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services held; cremation is scheduled.

Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, Terre Haute, assisted with arrangements.
