Cloverdale boys' track wins tri-meet

The Cloverdale Middle School boys' track team placed second in a triangular meet with Greencastle and Cascade Thursday. Cascade was first with 60, CMS was second with 44 and Greencastle was third with 37.

Cody Stout earned first in the shot put and discus and third in the long jump, while Wade Warren was first in the high jump, second in the 200 and third in the 100. Garrett Bracking was first in the 110 hurdles, second in the 200 hurdles and fourth in the 400.

Ethan Maners was third in the 2,400, Chris Couch was third in the 200 and Rylan Mattocks was fourth in the 110 hurdles and the 200 hurdles.

Taulbee Jackson, Stout and Warren were members of the 400 relay that placed second on the night.
