Putnam County Jail

*David D. Ferguson, 32, Indianapolis, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 2:35 a.m. Thursday for possession of marijuana, theft, possession of stolen property and a warrant in Hendricks County.

*Nathan A. Hoffman, 69, Greencastle, was booked at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday for theft.

*Meridith R. Wallace, 21, Fillmore, was booked at 11:50 a.m. Friday for violation of probation.

Greencastle Police Department

*Thomas Ball of Greencastle was traveling south on Jackson Street at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday and attempted to make a left turn into the Marathon Gas Station when his vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Kyle Carrico of Greencastle.

Carrico was attempting to pull out of the station's parking lot and travel north on Jackson at the time of the crash.

There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

*Dylan Linton of Greencastle was traveling east on Veteran's Memorial Highway at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday when his vehicle collided with the back of a vehicle driven by Zakkary T. Waddell of Greencastle.

Waddell's vehicle then collided with a vehicle driven by Candace Barger of Greencastle.

Linton stated the sun was in his eyes and had attempted to put down his visor at the time of the crash. Seniour's Wrecker Service towed Linton and Waddell's vehicles from the scene.

There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

The following citations have been issued by the Greencastle Police Department:

*Samuel Fauber, 39, Gosport, was stopped at CR 275E and US 240E at 2:40 a.m. Monday and cited for disregarding a stop sign.

*Melissa Kieser, 19, Bloomington, was stopped at US 240E and Tennessee Street at 6:55 p.m. Monday and cited for expired license plate.

* Erik Wilburn, 22, Greencastle, was stopped at Indianapolis Road and Judson Drive at 9:30 p.m. Monday and cited for driving with a suspended license.
