Jennifer Castellanos, 32, Indianapolis, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 11:31 a.m. Friday for check deception.

Bruce Gibbs, 30, Richmond, was booked at 3:40 p.m. Thursday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, possession of alcohol as a minor and public intoxication.

Roger Corey Ortiz, 24, Danville, was booked at 2:09 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 107 W. Hanna St. at 6:59 p.m. Thursday for an alarm, but were disregarded before leaving the station. They were back in service at 7 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 724 E. Seminary St. at 9 p.m. Thursday for smoke following a grease fire in the kitchen. They were back in service at 9:13 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 109 W. Hanna St. at 11:50 p.m. Thursday for an alarm due to smoke from a stovetop. They were back in service at 12:02 a.m. Friday.

Crews were dispatched to 483 E. Rangeline Road at 4:04 a.m. Friday for a medical assist with Operation Life. They were back in service at 4:44 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 98 N. 10th St. at 1:28 p.m. Friday for a medical assist with Operation Life. They were back in service at 2:22 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 1921 Windemere Drive at 3:26 p.m. Friday for an alarm. They were back in service at 3:42 p.m.
