Cloverdale UMC becomes Angelfood Ministry host site

CLOVERDALE -- The Cloverdale United Methodist Church has become an Angelfood Ministry host site.

This ministry provides delicious food at affordable prices. In a signature box, for $29 participants will receive enough food to feed a family of four for one week. The food includes meat, vegetables, eggs, Shelf stable milk and other goodies.

In addition, there are specialty boxes that can be ordered. These range from assorted steak boxes; chicken boxes; skinless, boneless chicken breasts; convenience meals designed for seniors as well as those with diet restrictions; fruit and vegetable boxes; gluten free boxes; and boxes geared for the children in your family.

The program is taking orders for the first distribution date of Aug. 28 from 9 to 11 a.m. There will be someone at the church to take orders on Aug. 19 from 1 to 5 p.m., or orders may be placed online at www.angelfoodministries.com.

Payment is due at the time of order, an can be cash, check or SNAP for an in-person order or credit or debit card for online orders.
