MHAPC expresses gratitude

To the Editor:

Mental Health America of Putnam County held its sixth annual Mind Your Health 2-mile walk and 4-mile run on July 31.

Each year we are delighted with the interest from community members and individuals from outside of our community.

Without our participants, we wouldn't really have a race, and without our sponsors we wouldn't be able to continue our mission in Putnam County. We strive to promote mental wellness and at the same time educate the community about mental illness. Because of the generosity of our donors and participants, we will be able to continue to support our programs. Thank you!

On behalf of MHAPC, I would like to thank the following sponsors: DePauw University Cross Country Team, The Running Company, Wal-Mart Distribution, Wal-Mart Transportation, Curves, Hamilton Center Inc., Putnamville United Methodist Church, Teachers Credit Union, Prosecutor Tim Bookwalter, Hammer & Co., Mark A.
