* Aug. 26, 11:08 a.m.: George A. Belton, 69, Cloverdale, was northbound on SR 243 in a 2004 Dodge Durango, when William D. Mundy, 79, Greencastle, attempted to enter the roadway from a private drive in a 1996 GMC Sonoma. Mundy said he failed to see Belton's vehicle and struck it in the driver's side door.

Damage estimate $5,001-$10,000.

* Aug. 27, 2:28 p.m.: Tony Roche, 38, Crawfordsville, was southbound on US 231 in a 1992 Chevrolet S10. He advised he suffered a seizure and struck a guardrail before coming to rest in the middle of the road.

Vehicle towed by Jerry's. Damage estimate $2,501-$5,000.

* Aug. 28, 5:47 a.m.: Damon B. Cox, 25, Cloverdale, was eastbound on I-70 in a 2007 Dodge Caliber. A witness said Cox's vehicle came up on a slow moving pickup and had to swerve left to avoid the truck. While Cox was able to pass the truck, the rear of his vehicle began to slide.

Cox said he apparently fell asleep as he approached the moving vehicle, but could not advise what happened.

Marks on the road indicated the vehicle slid across both eastbound lanes and the shoulder, exiting the road on the south side. The vehicle's wheels then dug into the grass, causing the vehicle to roll two times before coming to rest on the shoulder facing northwest.

Cox was able to exit the vehicle through and window and complained of leg pain. However, he signed a medical release form at the scene.

Vehicle towed by Curtis. Damage estimate $10,001-$25,000.

* Aug. 30, 9 a.m.: Rebecca L. Hoffeditz, 50, Poland, was stopped northbound on SR 243 at US 40 in a 1999 Chevrolet, when a truck slowed to make a right turn onto SR 243. With her view obstructed by the truck, Hoffeditz pulled into traffic without seeing the 1999 Honda Accord driven by Brooke N. Pell, 24, Brazil. Pell was unable to avoid the collision and struck Hoffeditz's vehicle.

Hoffeditz's vehicle was towed by Seniour's. Damage estimate $5,001-$10,000.
