The First National Bank in Cloverdale is celebrating 45 years as a member of the Independent Community Banks of America (ICBA).

The ICBA is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of the nation's nearly 8,000 community banks.

"The ICBA is fortunate to have had First National Bank as a member for 45 years," said Camden Fine, the ICBA's president and CEO.

Fine said community banks work to improve the quality of their communities.

"First National Bank is proud to be a part of a nationwide community of banks that advocate on behalf of community banks and their customers," said Gary Neese, the president of First National Bank. "First National Bank looks forward to continuing its role with ICBA to help strengthen and preserve the franchise value of community banks across the country.
