GREENCASTLE -- Bleu Django, a quartette that celebrates swing in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappeli and their 1930s combo, will play DePauw Jazz at the Duck tonight from 9 to 11 p.m.

Bleu Django has performed at various jazz venues in Bloomington including Jazz at the Station, at the annual wine-tasting celebration at the Story Inn, at the Royal Theater Concert Series in Danville and on the Indiana University Art Museum's Jazz in July series.

They have also played regularly at the Chatterbox in Indianapolis and have twice been a featured act at the prestigious Indiana Fiddlers Gathering at Tippecanoe Battleground.

The group features Carolyn Dutton on violin, Bob Foster on guitar, Hunt Wiley on upright bass and Daryl Jones on guitar.

In the fall of 2006, the band performed for a very appreciative audience at the four-day "Jazz at Chautauqua" festival in Chautauqua, N.Y. At this event, they were joined by jazz guitarist Howard Alden, who provided the guitar track for Woody Allen's acclaimed movie, "Sweet and Lowdown."

Jazz at the Duck is free and open to the public.
