Mill Pond receives customer service award

GREENCASTLE -- Mill Pond Health Campus received the received the Platinum Award for excellence at The Trilogy Health Services 2010 Fall Meeting, which was held Oct. 11 and 12 in Indianapolis.

The Award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey that is sent to residents' family members. Mill Pond Health Campus received recognition for their customer satisfaction scores in staff attitude, quality of nursing care, food quality, activity programming and appearance/cleanliness.

"We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition," said executive director Jessica Crafton. "We value the fact that our customers have given us their stamp of approval. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to lead such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals."

Honors also went to the central division of Trilogy Health Services, as they were recognized as the top company division based on the overall customer satisfaction scores of the individual health campuses. Mill Pond Health Campus is part of Trilogy's central division.

"Our campus leaders and staff have an unwavering commitment to exceeding customers' expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
