Donald L. Custis

Donald L. Custis died on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010 at the age of 72. A former Greencastle resident, Custis resided in Avon at the time of his death. He is survived by his sons, Troy (Gina) and Larry (Theresa) Custis, and three grandchildren: Cody, Wade and Jesse Custis.

He was a steelworker for the Avon Steelworkers Union and served in the U.S. Navy.

Memorial services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Conkle Funeral Home in Avon with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial at Stilesville Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at conklefuneralhome.com.
