Bobby Ray Stringer Sr.

Bobby Ray Stringer Sr., 68, Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in Union Hospital.

Bobby was born October 2, 1942 in Greencastle to Anna and Lowell Stringer.

He was retired from Bemis Bag Incorporated after 37 years. He was a member of the Eagles for many years.

He is survived by his wife Irene Clymer Stringer, whom he married May 12, 1963; one son, Bobby Ray Stringer Jr. of Terre Haute; two daughters, Dede Anderson of Terre Haute and Tammy Henderson and husband Brad of Terre Haute; one brother, Dan Stringer and wife Wendy of St. Louis; grandchildren Claudia Leach, Matthew Anderson, Loren Anderson, Austin Weil and Dalton Weil; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Cremation is scheduled, with inurnment at Highland Lawn Cemetery. Greiner Funeral Home, Terre Haute, has been entrusted with arrangements.
