Tiger Cub Lewis to play in all-star game Saturday
Greencastle High School senior Tyler Lewis has been selected to play in the 7th annual POSTYOURT East vs. West All-Star basketball game Saturday, April 23 at Noblesville HS. Tyler will be participating in the 3A game at 5 p.m.
"Tyler, through his dedication and significant contribution to the Greencastle Basketball program, has earned this opportunity. Tyler has been a joy to coach and his efforts will impact our program for years to come. He will be a great representative for the entire community," GHS head coach Troy Greenlee said.
Tyler will have the added benefit of showcasing his skills in front of the many college coaches who will be in attendance.
This past season, Tyler averaged 12 points, six rebounds and three assists per game while also defending the top player on the other team. He was also named to the WCC All-Conference team and Putnam County team his junior and senior seasons.
